Artist's name is Zoltan Szabo. He was born in Hungary, and fled communism before the Hungarian revolution started. He then lived in Canada for 30 years. He was an author, and was an art teacher across not only North America but overseas as well. His style was to start a painting by using a dry brush, as well as using a scratching technique.
